Not terrible spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a beautiful street and the heat, hot water, and doorbell always worked well, which isn’t a given in nyc. I’ve had real slummy slum lords, and this one isn’t the worst.
Cons:
You’re kind of on your own with maintenance. It can feel like the apartment is crumbling around you. For such an expensive and nice spot, it’s unfortunate.

Great location, not so great owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing and the apartment itself is nice too in terms of space, and working fireplaces
Cons:
Owner takes $1500 from every residents security deposit to “fix the floors” even when floors are perfectly fine. They also haven’t been responsive to pest complaints - sending the super to put poison behind the stove was all they ever did, and it didn’t work and we just had to live with the pests
