Pros:
Nice neighborhood, close to park. Not a SUPER busy street
Cons:
Managment was a nightmare to work with. Apartment was filthy, hallways were filthy. Bugs. Heat was inconsistent. So many issues with the apartment. All the floors were uneven. Mold.
Advice to owner:
Properly address all building issues before renting
