Great Location- poor landlord organization

Pros:
- Location is great (near Prospect Park and Seventh Ave)
- Near a Subway
- Large update bathroom
- In Unit Washer and Dryer
- most neighbors are friendly
Cons:
- The landlord is bad at communicating
- Slow response times from Landlord, they are very disorganized
- Cockroaches in the building -- We would keep our apartment spotless and they'd still show up

Work on better communication and organization

Great neighborhood. Park
Cons:
There is a manager to call but frequently he does not reply. Takes forever to get things done. Building in a nice area but very run down. Hallways dirty. Cockroaches

Clean the building. Make necessary repairs
