Overall great but small issues
Pros
Location, quiet neighbors, open floor plan, access to (semi-finished) roof
Cons
Old appliances, building management does bare minimum, no central garbage or recycling so you have to wait till trash day to throw things out, there is storage available in the basement but you have to go through the post office to get to your stuff, so you need to have the landlord around to access it. But the landlord only comes around to get the rent check.
Advice to the owners
Find a space for tenants to throw their trash throughout the week and get tenants access to the basement to store our stuff.
