Don’t waste your time

Pros:
The only thing I like is the location
Cons:
Water leeks, problems with the heat, broken stairs, neighbors fighting and police gets called often, people smoking pot outside the building and in the hallway, the girl on the first floor screams every single night, the landlord doesn’t care

Get it fixed
