Not shabby but not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
- South facing window

- Laundry in building
- Extra storage space in basement
Cons:
- Low water pressure on the third floor
- Repairs sometimes take a long time to get done
- Can't turn radiator off in the winter

Okay, but not great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Responsive building manager who makes changes / maintenance requests when needed
- Close to Prospect Park
- Heat and water included
Cons:
- Building interior (hallways) is not maintained
- INSANELY hot in the summer time, no ventilation or AC. If you live on the top floor, prepare for an inferno or spend a ton of money on AC.
- Elementary school across the street very loud between huge construction job or screaming kids. Construction starts early and ends late, lights blaring into windows.
- Front yard is not maintained
- Neighbors are shady, drug deals frequently occur outside of the apartment
- Only nearby grocery stores are overpriced local shops, need to travel to Trader Joe’s or Key Food via train or Uber.
