Great building; great owner

Pros:
Location is amazing. You can't beat it. The apartments are spacious and perfect for one or two people. The owner was always very responsive and quick to handle issues. They have a cleaner come at least once a week.
Cons:
No in-unit washer/dryer, but two coin operated laundromats are very close by. Some of the cabinetry is not full-sized. Building is a walk up, but only four floors, so very easy to handle.
Advice to owner:
Keep being amazing!
