Would work but need work

Pros:
Super was friendly and helpful. Neighbors often held events and festivities for other neighbors. Smoking permitted.
Cons:
Mold issues were not treated seriously or properly addressed. Owner/ Landlord would not answer calls for service. 15%+ rent increase for 1st renewal. Hired help provided poor service.
Advice to owner:
Please get this apartment properly inspected, repaired, valued and managed.
