Fine, definitely not perfect
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location near Barclays was great. Building was reasonably clean. Roof was nice, apartment itself was pleasant enough. Garbage was always taken away promptly. No package thieves. They often sprayed the building for pest prevention
Cons:
Noise - We were at front of building - lots of noise from park across the street, people constantly hanging out and yelling/screaming on sidewalk and stoop during the day. Poor insulation in room but not whole apt. Laundry room sometimes dirty. Maintenance slow. This block had the most rats ever! (But none in our apartment)
