Nice location, difficult landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building, new apartments, good location
Cons:
It is very difficult to get the landlord to do anything, such as replace a broken appliance or do any building maintenance. The landlord also tries to take advantage of tenants and charge them for unreasonable expenses.

Price bites, loud neighbors upstairs, but nice apartments in general
Former Tenant
Pros:
After fairly recent renovation, cleaning lady comes to the building, storage in the basement (for extra $$), super comes when needed.
No mice, no bedbugs, no waterbugs.
Good AC/heat system.
Cons:
We had upstairs neighbors with 2am karaoke every now and then. Also the bunch of roommates there changed all the time, you can never know if it’s your neighbor or their guest.
Shared garden is of no use — there was nothing there to enjoy, so no one really used it. Another garden belongs to 1R only (which is cool, if you rent it).
Our rent was raised about 15% when it was time to renew the lease (pre-covid). Next person rented it for even more, +20% (which is probably fine for that person, but crazy). Over-priced, even for this fine neighborhood. I still do approve of the owner, as this is their business, and it works like clockwork. But didn’t work for us.
