Great management, old building

The management was great, Mussed is a good guy
Cons:
I personally didn’t like the problems that come with living in an older building, but Mussed was quick to address any issues. Thanks again!

Illegal rent raise

Pros:
Great location near transit.
Cons:
Poorly maintained, barely any heat, landlord illegally did not renew lease on our rent stabilized unit. We lived through such a miserably cold winter here we decided not to fight for the renewal.
Advice to owner:
Do better.
