Great footprint, minimally maintained

Pros:
I love the bay windows in the front bedroom, and the spaciousness of the apartment.
Cons:
The apartment is poorly insulated and we only have one gas heater in the living room that is supposed to heat the whole unit. It does not reach the bedrooms down the hall. Doors are very thin. Staircase is a bit rickety.

The apartment will be advertised to look very high end and it will be priced as such but it’s not. The walls are so thin, you will hear everything from the neighbors on the other side of the wall. If you have an upstairs neighbor you will hear everything above you. This place is a nightmare, felt like I was living in the projects. There is one heater in this huge apartment that does not properly heat the apartment. You will be forced to get space heaters. The insulation is poor, cold apartment in the winter months. The windows are very dated, old. Your electric bills will be averaging $300 in the winter. The owners are not nice people. They are greedy landlords. They will make you pay for water and do everything they can to keep most of your deposit. Avoid this place. Do not live here.

Pros:
Location. That’s it.
Cons:
Water pressure is awful on 4th floor. No ventilation so it’s unbearable heat in the summer, freezing in the winter. One room is illegal for NYC room sizing regulations. Appliances outdated. Building is dirty. Only amenities being laundry is terrible and doesn’t wash or dry properly.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
Advice to owner:
Give your tenants the quality of life you would give your own children.

Pros:
Location, close to the bus and trains.
Cons:
Noisy new neighbors, especially since the floors do not mitigate noises. Good luck in getting your deposit back.

You charge for the water and take too much from the deposit.
