Pros:
The layout of the apartments is spacious and well thought out.
Cons:
The building is on Bergen and there are a lot of auto repair shops and buses in the area, is very loud in the front of the building.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and get better experts to fix broken fixtures, electric, and pipes.
