Some good some bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building. Nice floors and finishes. Fullly tiled bathroom. Heat works well. Buzzer works well. Big windows. Lots of power outlets. Close to nice bars and restaurants. Management is adequately responsive.
Cons:
Cockroaches (they do have a pest control person come by once a month). Clinic across the street has a lot of people hanging out outside, can get loud. Only one closet. Packages frequently get stolen from first floor.
Advice to owner:
Stop overcharging for a mediocre apartment in a mediocre location.
