Much room for improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, rent stabilized, kept afloat by the care of a long-term tenant who is very invested in making sure the building is clean and issues are taken care of, but fights an uphill battle with neighbors and management.
Cons:
Front doors often left open, occasionally loud neighbors, packages go missing, often dirty lobby area, management not very responsive in a timely fashion.
