Apartment okay, management not great

Pros:
The unit on the second floor has a great patio, which was really nice. It’s a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath-having the extra bathroom was great. Kitchen was well equipped, and bedrooms were nice in size, great living room too.
Cons:
One major issue is that it’s not a residential address-mail forwarding is not a thing, which is really annoying when you move and also when you live there (SO MUCH MAIL). The management doesn’t provide garbage service, so you have to do that on your own (not terrible). They were pretty unresponsive when there were issues-usually had to go down to the hardware store to get someone to come up and help. Scheduling via email and phone didn’t really work out. They increased the rent pretty consistently each year, for really no reason. They illegally used an extra room on the 2nd floor to make phone calls, which were loud and disruptive. There is a motorcycle bar a few houses down that is really loud at night. The windows are very thin, did little to block out noise. Did not get the security deposit back despite there being no damage to the apartment, but some of my roommates left stuff behind that management had to remove, so not completely unexpected.
