Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment looks beautiful because I did substantial work to make it look good.
Cons:
I’m leaving this apartment because the landlord will not fix a reoccurring mold issue. I do not trust him to care about my safety. Every tenant in the building has has problems with him.
Advice to owner:
Get a real job
