Pros:
Landlord is very nice compared to other nyc ones. Apartment has great roof, pretty noise-proof inside of the units!
Cons:
Super doesn’t really come unless you figure out how to text him directly.

Management fixes everything in 2 seconds, amazing roof deck, awesome block

Thin walls and bad sound insulation between bedrooms
