Huge Apartment in Prime Prospect Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is located on a beautiful tree lined street with excellent access to subways, shopping, and restaurants. Apartments are very spacious with tons of natural light.
Cons:
Heat can get out of control in the winter-but can be managed by opening windows. This building is situated next to a halfway house (174 Prospect) so the women are mentally ill, and at times you can hear them yelling at night.
Advice to owner:
This is a beautiful building. Invest and paint the hallways, and update the carpet which is old and dirty.
