Overall great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Coop is very friendly and pet friendly.
Porter is part time but does a great job
Super Freddy is very responsive and helps with any issues. First super I can say actually fixes things
Cons:
Management impact is very slow responsive
Building could be more modern
Advice to owner:
Upgrade look overall. Tho old fashion is still a good look some things like elevator could be upgraded but overall Still great building
