Middle of the road
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is rent stabilized and they don’t increase much and management doesn’t bother you.
Cons:
Management is not very responsive when you need it and there were a lot of leaks in various units throughout different parts of the apt. They are not fixing the root issue so it keeps happening and they are slow to repair. There was also a mouse problem.
