Clean and well maintained building. Nice neighbors. Good landlord.

Pros:
Amazing location, the building is rent controlled. New appliances. They take care of the building and make sure the hallways are clean and well maintained. Landlord is responsive to the important matters and has the super come to fix things in a timely manner. Great property owners in my opinion.
Cons:
Thin wall, can head everything in the hallways. I wish it was more soundproof. The radiator heat is not consistent in the winter and is always too hot or too cold.

Location and affordable
Cons:
Cheap renovations and repairs. Takes several visits by multiple people to get basic things fixed. The cafe below attracts pigeons that poop everywhere
Advice to owner:
Don’t rely on the cheapest fixes and renovations. Tenants notice when new things break quickly.
