Pros:
Beautiful rooftop deck, nice apartments with new appliances, responsive management, excellent location
Cons:
The address is not always recognized as valid when using it as a shipping address, especially when apartment numbers are included. Internet is fast but cuts out occasionally and sporadically
Advice to owner:
Improve the internet situation and figure out what’s going on with the apartment numbers not being recognized
