A lot of roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Helpful super (when you can get him), very little noise from neighbors, great location
Cons:
Heat does not work well. Major roach infestation not addressed by management. Dead rats in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Hire a real exterminator and clean the basement
