Great Location, Solid Building

Pros:
Nice, affordable apartments, with laundry and roof access and in a GREAT location.
Cons:
Apartments have central air but it doesn't work very well. Sometimes can be hard to get ahold of the super/building management.

Pros:
Neighborhood is great. Close to prospect park, resturants, bars, subways. Management was great and communicative. Super went above and beyond to fix problems.
Cons:
No natural light. Overpriced for the size. Walls are thin enough to hear nextdoor neighbors.
Advice to owner:
More soundproofing of adjacent units.

Very responsive management. Very clean, never saw a single bug while living there.

Too expensive for the space and amenities

Sunny, usually fast response from management, common areas well kept, exterminator came once a month
Cons:
Central air/heat was inconsistent
