Good spot with standard issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some great longtime residents for neighbors, light-filled space and responsive landlord. Good recent renovations.
Cons:
Hallway bannister was always broken, and landlord never fixed the mailboxes (they could be pulled out of the wall instead of using key). No buzzer in apartment or PA.
Advice to owner:
Fix the mailboxes and install buzzers
