    Bike storage, good light, near S train

    They were kind and understanding about the uncontrolled infestation ons allowed us to break our lease with no fee
    Cons:
    Building was not able to manage rodent infestation. Laundry machines did not work. Heat was VERY hot

    Pros:
    Great natural light, close to delicious bars/restaurants. Few blocks from prospect park and subways.
    Cons:
    Roof leaked and washing machine never worked. Unresponsive by management- difficult getting deposit back.
    Advice to owner:
    New property management- get laundry working.

    Cons:
    The super isn’t very friendly or cooperative. The washer and dryer machines are also terrible
