Old school, but it works!

Pros:
Old school management, but super nice. They get things done eventually, even if it takes a couple repeated calls.
Cons:
It’s an old building with its own unique quirks

-Very responsive mgmt
-Consistently clean
-Monthly pest check
-Great maintenance guys
Cons:
-Every once I awhile heat and hot water are subpar / not working but when alerted, maintenance always try to remedy
