Great Builiding, Well-Managed, Great Neighborhood

Pros

This is a friendly building. The doorpeople, the porter staff, and the superintendent are all helpful and friendly. The neighbors are nice. The landlord is responsive.

Cons

The only negative is that when the school next door lets out in the afternoon it can be a little noisy.

How well can you hear neighbors through the walls/floors?

Hi. Walls are made of cement so it’s pretty solid so sound next door isn’t really ever an issue to my knowledge. The floors are wood so like any place as long as ppl aren’t jumping then it’s all good Hope this helps

I can’t speak for anyone else But basement is super clean and I kept my apt clean so I didn’t see anything and they provide a service if you need exterminator
