Run! Look elsewhere!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location! Very close to parks, restaurants, subways etc. Everything is at your finger tips. Laundry next door.
Cons:
Owners are horrible to deal with. Treat Tenants like peasants. Apts are small and overpriced. Everything fell apart within 3 months. Heat either steaming or freezing. Loud bar next door. We were able to find much bigger and better in the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend this building to my enemy.
Advice to owner:
Nothing I can write here as cursing is prohibited.

Good place to stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area. Good super.
Cons:
Heat was sometimes off in the winter but they tried their best to resolve it many times and in the end it wasnt too bad. The building retains heat in the winter and cold in the summer.
