Absolutely Horrible Experience

Pros:
neighborhood is great
Cons:
landlord is agressive and will not fix anything - will harass you if you complain or request basic renters right like locking doors and hear - consistently violates renters rights by requesting back rent and demanding rent hikes with no notice - took months to get security deposit back. No care for people's living conditions only how much they can profit -
Advice to owner:
hire a professional property manager

Quiet in relation to outside noise
Cons:
Bugs in trash area
Neighbors outside loud and smoke in front of only windows
Landlord expects access to unit without tenant present and no advance warning, and alternatively will not respond to tenant requests
Advice to owner:
Be more considerate
