Not great landlord but great super!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our super is fast to respond to any issues. The building is clean and neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
Next to the S train so always a bit noisy. Rent is being raised too much each year.

Short and sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved how close this was to franklin ave and prospect park. Location is awesome!
Cons:
Roaches!! The big ones, and had to deal with them for 2+ years and it's just now calming down.

Old, not charming
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, spacious apartment
Cons:
Cockroaches— the big ones— in the building, every ten days or so I’d find another one in my hallway.
Advice to owner:
Keep the garbage area more tidy like the rest of the buildings on the block. yuck.

Generally good
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked this building. The super was actually pretty nice. All Year Management was pretty easy to deal with.
Cons:
Definitely had roaches occasionally. Once the front door was shattered.
Advice to owner:
Not that I can think of

Worst roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Layout - bedrooms on opposite ends of apartment
Cons:
Constant roaches No lock on roof door - got broken into Lived on 5th (top) floor - insanely hot during the summer. Even with windows open, hotter than outside. The roof is tarred in black and the heat was unbearable. Condition of the apartment was gross. Floors with holes in them, cracks... worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.
Advice to owner:
Renovate! Patch up holes in walls! Do something about the infestations!
