Responsive management, very loud street noise

Cons:
Mold issue in apartment and extremely loud street noise from bar nextdoor

Garbage, mice, broken intercom, heating failure

Pros:
Great location, decent sized bedrooms.
Cons:
No washer dryer in building, loud street noise, garbage is shared with restaurants downstairs therefore smelly entry way. Caught 7 mice in a month. Landlord does not like having email trails so be diligent about keeping records of everything in writing and save all texts.
