good location but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
really nice block in brooklyn and had roof access
Cons:
there was no working outlet in the living room when i moved in and there was mold in the ceiling. i had to grovel to have both things fixed and it took forever for both things to get fixed
Advice to owner:
do an yearly mold test for the health of your tenants

Great neighbood, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a cool neighborhood, the apartment is small but sufficient.
Cons:
Horrible management. Never accessible, never easy to request the simplest of fixes. Rude cheapskates with garbage disposal violations and court summons in the dozens. The front door is taped with all the summons they never attended and fines they never paid. Garbage all over the sidewalk. They’re lazy and indifferent.
Advice to owner:
Do your lob. It’s not hard being a landlord. Just do your job.
