Pros:
Great location, one of the bedrooms is large
Cons:
Landlord is an absolute jerk who does not care about the law or your lease terms. He will pick fights and threaten to call the police, a true “Karen”. Would avoid at all costs, has given trouble since day 1 and has not stopped. Adding that he is late paying the security deposit due to “bank account issues”. If proper protocol was followed this would not be a problem. Cannot recommend staying away enough!

Pros:
Great location, quiet neighbors
Cons:
The landlord cuts corners wherever possible. The entrance is not maintained and has garbage out front at all times. The stairs have nails coming out of them and are never swept, with bad lighting. Landlord does not care about upkeep at all and the super is hard to get in touch with.
