Nice place, unstable landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, great light, plenty of space
Cons:
Had issues with our utilities that needed responses / communication from the landlord. He was not responsive, and would yell at us when we tried to raise these issues

Love this apartment, never moving
Former Tenant
Pros:
We love this apartment and love our landlord Sammy, who is extremely responsive to any/all concerns while otherwise hands-off. The super lives across the street and is helpful with the handful of small issues that have come up (replacing a light fixture, snaking the bathtub drain etc.)
Last summer there was construction on the building's exterior, blocking all of the windows in our apartment, but as promised it was finished in 3 months. We've never had issues with pests, the heat works well, and water pressure is good.
Cons:
In milder weather, there are some guys that hang out at the building across the street, talking loudly and occasionally fighting. For the bedrooms whose windows face Underhill, it can be loud to go to sleep at night.

Best corner in brooklyn
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is awesome. Neighborhood is great. Lots of sunlight.
Cons:
Stairwell not very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Needs some sweeping and a paint job.
