Good place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area and neighbors, decent apartment, good heat in the winter.
Cons:
Critters (roaches and mice) coming from massive hole under the sink cabinet that the landlord neglected to fix the entire time we lived there. The stair case was often a little gross and we also had some issues with packages being open /taken.
Advice to owner:
Exterminators and a broom! Loved living here overall though
