Pros:
Location is good.
Cons:
Building management is not responsive. You’re left completely alone to solve maintenance issues in your apartment. He won’t even acknowledge you. Appliances, plumbing, it doesn’t matter. You are on your own.
Advice to owner:
Rent is not cheap, and building is not very well kept. In order to have your tenants wanting to stay longer in this building, it would be wise for your business (and kind) to take care, at least, of their units. It’s also your obligation to provide maintenance and assistance.
