Nice old building

Pros:
Location is great. Space is very economical in apartment. Doesn't get too cold
Cons:
Sweltering heat in the summertime, but thats pre-war buildings for you. Can take a little too long to get fixes done

-someone is there to repair an issue if needed
-monthly exterminations

-water goes cold without notice sometimes
