Unresponsive Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The property has no pros. It is not as advertised prior to moving in. It is a Hazardous place to live in and roach infested. Issues with the property are never addressed in a timely manner, even while paying rent on time. Mr. Martin (Landlord) is very dismissive when complaints are made. Refuses to have meetings with the tenants when complaints are being made. Furthermore, Mr. Martin never give an specific time when issues are going to fixed, rather says “It will be taken care off”. The empty promises cause emotional distress.
Cons:
The Landlord/management does little to nothing to addressed the issues in the property. This property is infested with roaches, which causes a hazardous condition to the health of the tenants. Management is very rude and ignores the complaints of the tenants. The heat is turned off very often by the landlord and when ask to fix it, he makes up excuses and says they’re working on it.
Advice to owner:
The Landlord/Management can treat tenants with more respect and tend to ignore the request to fix the issues in the property. The rights of tenants are constantly violated.
