Top floor apartments are nice. Mgmt medium responsive, good for the price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units on the top floor are brand new and totally renovated, with unbelievable private outdoor deck access. If you can handle the 5 flights of stairs. We thought the place was really good value for price at the time we lived here. In unit W/D, nice new appliances. A ton of cabinet storage.
Cons:
We had one ongoing leak issue that took a long time to get fixed and I had to really escalate to the highest levels of management to get them to take it seriously, but once I did, they did resolve it.

Occasional cockroaches but they send around a monthly exterminator which helps.

Super seems to always be changing so never had a long-lasting relationship or a clear sense of who to reach out for for help. Responses were really inconsistent. Sometimes things got fixed right away, and other times we'd never hear back and have to try multiple times.

Overall this is a good apartment and a good place to live. The Pros outweigh the cons IMO, which are standard aspects of NY living.
