Noisy tenants who seem to have not been raised with a sense of community.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean, and the super is awesome.
Cons:
The landlord has not adequately responded to my noise complaints from a tenant who is terribly noisy.
Advice to owner:
Please handle the anti-social and I neighborly behavior of your tenants. Don’t suggest that your other tenants deal with it.
