    Clean apartments, new construction. No signs of bugs every.
    Cons:
    A bar next door, people occasionally get loud at night

    new build with nice clean apartments inside that get a lot of light. year to year rent increases weren't terrible
    Cons:
    there's no garbage room or trash cans outside so you're responsible for taking it out every garbage day, electric stove was okay
    Advice to owner:
    find a garbage solution
