Great but flawed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors in the building. Cool super. Can’t hear noise from other apts.
Cons:
Took months to get heating fixed. Flies are a constant problem indoors despite pest control. Stolen packages and bikes. Shady stories about management forcing people out of the building and trying to increase rent by $600+ during renewals
Advice to owner:
Fix the fly issue. Stop trying to cheat the system by forcing tenants out and further gentrifying the neighborhood. Respond to tenant emails and calls.
