A lot! Last year I made a proposal for them and I am paying for a studio 1730 now they want me to pay 1875

It depends. When I lived there, I had a rent stabilized so the rent increase followed the recommended rent increase by the NYC Board each year. I can't speak for apartments that were not rent stabilized.
