Great place to live

Pros:
Really great management and community. Would have stayed here longer if I didn’t have to move. Neighbors stay for years.
Cons:
It’s an old building, so everything that comes with that.

Pros:
Elevator, laundry in basement, generally nice neighbors, good location, super is good.
Cons:
Smoking neighbor, neighbor that hoards (hazardous), no dogs allowed
