Sub-Average Apartment Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors in the building looked out for each other / if there were packages left by the mailboxes they would often hand-deliver to the recipient to help avoid package theft.
Cons:
Serious health violations with the building. Do not move in.

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Many closets In unit
Cons:
I lived at 990 president st for a year. The elevator of this 6 story building was broken for 66 days total throughout the year. There were two periods where it was broken for the whole month straight. There were many disabled and elderly people living there. People would frequently get stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to come. Management clearly didn't care about fixing it. I essentially lived in 6-floor walkup, but was paying for an elevator building. Don't live here or you'll regret it.
