Building management is feeing us to death: - 35/hr to reserve and use rooftop grills. 50/hr on weekends. Most ridiculous thing ever - hot water $50/month - additional key fobs $50 ea. - view security video if your packages are stolen $175 - garage door opener programming $75 - 15% rent increase for lease renewal at end of term
Advice to the owners
The fees feel exploitive and excessive. Eliminate all of them. Rent is high enough as it is.
