The building is located in a very nice area.
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment can hold all of my furniture.
Cons:
The walls are dirty, the paint is peeling off the walls.Every other week I'm waking up to no hot water, the building and my apartment is very cold.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect, pay attention to their needs. We are paying tenants with rights.Treat us like normal human beings.
