Pros:
the neighbors and community the view of the building the location of the building
Cons:
Rent raises how management handles issues with tenants
Advice to owner:
Go back to what made the building great before. When the building was a community , you have kicked out the real tenants to upcharge our apartments and made it a money grab.

Kids hanging out in the staircases smoking weed. Some tenants are just extremely inconsiderate.
